Having been skiing quite a few times, none in the past three years, I am very excited to be heading back onto the mountain for a slight extreme sport adventure! After many months of being cooped up inside writing essays, a week full of fresh air will do me good. On that note, I am going to make an extra effort to be more active in my lifestyle and appreciate the beachyness of where I live at uni. It may not be sandy but it's got waves and a place to sit and ponder about anything and everything. These days, I think we don't give ourselves enough time to totally relax, empty our minds and enjoy the beauty of nature. Take a moment (or a few) to be swallowed up into your surroundings, it'll do you some good...no-one can ever think too much...
